Holistic medicine aims to treat a person as a whole rather than just the symptoms or particular disorder. It takes account of the individual’s lifestyle, their emotions, levels of stress, mental attitude, diet, and past experiences and relationships.

The treatments can benefit those with chronic conditions and can also work alongside conventional medicine to help alleviate symptoms of ill-health and promote a feeling of well-being.

I provide a range of therapies to promote a deep sense of relaxation and to provide relief from the stresses of everyday living. I am particularly interested in the ‘holistic’ approach to health and well-being, the connection between the mind and the body, and how the state of one affects the other.
